Fred Arias serves corporate clients and insurance companies in their civil litigation needs including defending lawsuits involving members of  the transportation industry, whether catastrophic personal injury or cargo loss.  He also defends lawsuits based on premises liability and products liability theories.  Fred litigates cases throughout the entire state of Texas, traveling frequently to the Rio Grande Valley (Brownsville-McAllen area) for depositions, hearings and trials.  An immigrant from South America raised in rural West Texas, his background provides him with an understanding and appreciation of varying cultures and peoples, which he has put to good use on behalf of clients in resolving conflicts or in discovering the evidence necessary to be successful at trial.  In the past eight years, he has tried a number of cases to verdict successfully.
