Gene Rhee joined the team at Fletcher, Farley, Shipman and Salinas LLP in 2014. He has extensive experience handling civil matters throughout all phases of litigation and has represented prominent and respected corporate entities, governmental bodies and insurance companies. Gene strives to ensure that every step taken during the course of litigation is consistent with the goal of obtaining a positive result for his client.
Gene’s current practice focuses on insurance litigation, premises liability defense, construction defects, commercial litigation, employer liability and workplace safety claims, public entity claims and products liability.
Gene earned his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law from the Paul M. Herbert Law Center at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 2002 and his Bachelor of Arts, also from Louisiana State University, in 1998.
