Kevin believes that success begins and ends with attention to detail and effective communication with clients and opposing counsel. Kevin strives to utilize a common-sense approach to evaluate the appropriate path for each matter, whether that path involves exploring cost effective resolution opportunities, seeking dismissal through motion practice, or preparing to present the case to a jury.  When necessary, Kevin is prepared to fight for his clients on appeal, having appellate experience before Texas’ intermediate courts, the Texas Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Kevin has had the privilege of defending numerous commercial and governmental entities in matters involving business disputes, catastrophic personal injuries, premises defect, products liability, employment law, civil rights defense, and land use.

Raised in Garland by a single mother, Kevin learned the value of dedication and hard work. He enjoys the outdoors and lives in Allen, Texas with his wife, Abby, and his two daughters, Leah and Ava.
