Lindsay Ayres Todd is an associate in the Austin office of Fletcher, Farley, Shipman and Salinas, LLP. She brings to the firm diverse litigation experience, having represented defendants and plaintiffs in state and federal courts throughout the states of Texas and California. Lindsay’s experience includes insurance defense litigation, construction defect, government liability, products liability, employment discrimination, law enforcement use of force, business litigation, personal injury, premises liability and general negligence cases.
She has successfully tried a number of cases to verdict in both state and federal court and has extensive alternative dispute resolution and negotiation experience.
She earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, and her B.A. in History and B.S. in Radio/TV/Film from the University of Texas at Austin. In law school, she was given The Order of the Barrister.
