Kenneth Lambert has more than 18 years of experience in trial and appellate litigation. He is experienced in a wide variety of areas including insurance defense and coverage, including bad faith claims, professional malpractice, environmental defense, governmental defense, civil rights, employment disputes, personal injury, and products liability. Kenneth has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout Texas and has handled appeals before the Texas Supreme Court, numerous intermediate courts of appeal, and the Fifth Circuit.  Prior experience includes serving as briefing attorney for the Fifth District Court of Appeals at Dallas, Texas.
