A native of Tyler, Texas, Paul Bennett has extensive experience defending and prosecuting a broad range of complex litigation including products liability, construction defects and disputes, professional malpractice claims, fire cases, dram shop liability, general negligence and commercial disputes.  He has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in courts throughout Texas.  He has been a featured speaker on Texas legal topics at professional conferences throughout the United States.

Clients frequently call upon Mr. Bennett to help them navigate difficult legal challenges.  Over the course of his career, he has represented clients in practically every role on a construction project, from owners to design professionals to contractors.  In the products liability arena, he has represented manufacturers, distributors and sellers of consumer and industrial products, ranging from energy drinks to elevators.  Mr. Bennett has also represented professionals such as real estate brokers, real estate appraisers and accountants in various professional liability matters, including before professional boards and licensing agencies.
