Tom Hoekstra practices in the firm's Austin office where he assists clients in resolving a broad spectrum of legal matters including bankruptcy, environmental law and litigation, real estate and transactional issues, oil and gas, and general commercial litigation. Tom has significant courtroom experience, having litigated more than 120 state and federal jury cases to verdict.
Having handled complex business transactions and disputes for more than 30 years, Tom takes the time to understand his clients' businesses and the goals each client wants to achieve. Utilizing his experience in both informal negotiations and non-binding mediation, as well as effective and efficient litigation strategies, Tom is able to move his clients' issues to an advantageous solution.
