Overview
Andrea is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. After high school, she attended Baylor University and following graduation began a career as a high school teacher in Dallas. After several years she felt the call to pursue law and relocated to Virginia Beach to attend Regent University School of Law where her focus was Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution. While at Regent, Andrea found success as she competed in regional and national moot court competitions. She also held leadership positions in organizations on campus, was selected to argue a legal matter on a national radio program before a live audience, and still created time to mentor incarcerated serious juvenile offenders.
Since returning to Texas, Andrea has spent the bulk of her career in criminal defense and prosecution and presided for five years as municipal court judge. She has personally resolved thousands of cases in county and district courts throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, trying approximately fifty of those before a jury. She brings her vast experience in case evaluation and zealous advocacy to the practice of civil litigation. Andrea finds discovering creative solutions to respond to client needs the most exciting part of her position.
When she is not working, Andrea enjoys spending time with her children, creative writing, attending sporting events, enjoying live music, and motivational speaking.
