Overview
Abby Campbell’s experience includes resolving small business challenges with regard to municipal law, landlord-tenant law, contract, and private party disputes. She has served financial institutions with national presence, private and public lenders, and individuals. Her work has provided strategic advocacy for small businesses, non-profits, and individuals subject to parallel municipal and criminal investigations.
Abby’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, and transportation law. Prior to joining Fletcher Farley, Abby was an associate at a commercial litigation firm in the Dallas area, where she had the opportunity to work on the Plaintiff’s side on insurance coverage disputes.
Abby grew up in the Philippines and is fluent in Filipino and English. Outside of work, Abby can be found reading or playing with her 3-year-old son. She enjoys playing complex board games with friends, taking nature walks, and creating charcoal drawings.
