Claire Kimutis is a motivated attorney with a passion for her community and the law. During law school, she served as an Associate Editor on the Texas Journal of Civil Liberties and Civil Rights and represented individuals at civil commitment hearings in her school’s Mental Health Clinic. In her last year of law school, Claire served as a student attorney with the Travis County Public Defender’s Office, representing juveniles charged with criminal offenses in her law school’s Juvenile Justice Clinic.
Prior to joining Fletcher Farley, Claire gained valuable legal experience working for a Plaintiff's firm. This experience has primed her to see both sides of the litigation process.
In her free time, Claire enjoys spending time on Lake Houston with her family and spoiling her Cairn Terrier and Giant Schnauzer. She can be found cheering on the Baylor Bears, the Toronto Blue Jays and the Dallas Cowboys.
