Fletcher Farley Welcomes Two New Attorneys to Dallas and Austin

DALLAS, TX - Fletcher Farley is growing its Texas presence in Dallas and Austin with the addition of two new attorneys.

Karen Kennedy in Dallas and Kevin Niknam in Austin are bringing their experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants to the firm which will give an exceptional perspective to their practices.

Kevin Niknam is highly skilled in all aspects of civil litigation with a focus on commercial litigation, products liability, premises liability and personal injury defense. Kevin’s legal experience includes preparing clients for depositions and mediation, motion practice, resolving cases at mediation, arguing hearings and ultimately resolving cases at trial.
