TEXAS SUPREME COURT ONCE AGAIN TAKES AN INTEREST IN CHAPTER 95

Recently, the Texas Supreme Court has issued opinions regarding the application of Chapter 95. Chapter 95 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code limits a real property owner’s liability for negligence claims that arise out of a contractor’s or subcontractor’s work on an improvement to the property.
