Commercial Litigation

Overview

Fletcher Farley represents parties in all types of business disputes. We handle business and commercial litigation including contract litigation, business torts (fraud, tortious interference, defamation), copyright and other intellectual property litigation, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, indemnity/risk shifting agreements, and officer and director liability.

Our clients range from corporations to partnerships, from Fortune 500 companies to local entrepreneurs. No matter the size or type of business, we seek to understand and maintain the best interests of our clients, including the “big picture” issues of their business. Our legal strategies are devised while keeping our clients’ complete range of interests and objectives uppermost.

Because we believe that not all cases belong in litigation, Fletcher Farley offers alternative and cost-effective options outside of the courtroom. We identify the timing and type of alternative dispute resolution techniques that may best suit a particular matter, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, where possible.
