Overview

Eugene Tagle joined Fletcher Farley in 2025 and practices in commercial litigation, insurance defense, and transportation. Born and raised in Richardson, Texas, his interest in the field of law began when he served as an attorney and witness with his L.V. Berkner High School mock trial team.

A licensed Texas attorney since 2009. Eugene has extensive experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides of the bar. This gives him the ability to see all aspects of a case, which he utilizes on behalf of his clients to guide them to the best possible outcome. In the courtroom, Eugene uses his nearly thirty years of public speaking experience to advocate strongly for his clients.

In his spare time, Eugene serves as an instructor and judge with the same Texas High School Mock Trial program he participated in over twenty-five years ago. He also enjoys skiing, ice hockey, running, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
