Overview
Alex primarily focuses his practice on insurance defense, premises liability, and construction. He enjoys helping his clients understand the legal issues they are facing and using his legal research skills and knowledge to develop the best strategy to defend his client.
Originally from Ukraine, Alex and his family moved to Texas when he was two years old. He spent his childhood in both the Dallas area and New York but has always considered Texas to be home. After returning to Texas and graduating from Texas Christian University, Alex attended The Quinnipiac University School of Law before spending his final year of law school at SMU Dedman School of Law. Alex’s background has provided him with an understanding that there is no one size fits all approach to representing his clients’ interests and that a good defense must be uniquely tailored to address the issues a client may be facing.
Prior to joining Fletcher Farley, Alex interned for Judge Hoffman at the 68th Judicial District Court in Dallas County. This experience has provided him with an understanding of the inner workings of the civil litigation process and has allowed him to observe what skills a trial attorney must possess to be successful.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys traveling, going to concerts, volunteering at the SPCA, and of course, watching Horned Frog football.
