Overview

Eric Elder is a trial lawyer who represents corporations and individuals throughout Texas in state and federal litigation. He defends clients in matters including trucking, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defect, general negligence and deceptive trade practices.

Eric has represented several large construction companies with regard to an array of subscriber and non-subscriber issues. He also represents physicians and other health care professionals in civil litigation and in Texas Licensing Board matters.
