Overview

DJ Hardy focuses his practice on commercial motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic personal injury, transportation-related matters, DTPA actions, and general liability litigation.

DJ approaches each matter with a practical, results-driven mindset, recognizing that success looks different for every client. He works closely with clients to develop tailored strategies, always with an eye toward achieving their specific goals. He has litigated cases throughout the State of Texas and is an active member of the legal and claims community, currently serving on the board of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance Greater Dallas Chapter.

DJ earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas, and received his B.A. in Business Administration from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, where he was a four-year letterman in baseball.

DJ was born and raised in the Dallas area. He lives in Richardson with his wife and three children. Outside the office, DJ enjoys spending time outdoors, coaching, and supporting Dallas-area sports teams.
