Overview
Jennifer Clayton has experience in several areas of civil litigation, at both the trial court and appellate levels, and has worked on both the plaintiff and defense sides. Her background includes cases involving construction defects, motor vehicle accidents, commercial trucking accidents, wrongful death, DRAM Shop, product defects, premises liability and breach of contract/warranty claims. She has tried a number of cases with favorable outcomes for her clients and has authored numerous successful appeals. A proud graduate of Baylor Law School, Jennifer was also fortunate to have completed an internship for former federal magistrate Jeffrey Manske in the U.S. District Court, Western District.
