Overview

Megan Brua's practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, Construction, Tort Litigation, and Transportation.

Megan grew up in Maple Grove, Minnesota. After graduating from the University of Kansas in 2020, she moved to Wisconsin to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Law. While in law school, she spent much of her time volunteering and engaging in pro bono work and is a Pro Bono Society Inductee. Pro bono work continues to be a key aspect of her practice. She focused her studies on Business and Corporate law, earning a certificate and concentration in the same.

Before joining Fletcher Farley, Megan worked at a municipal law firm where she served as city attorney and municipal court prosecutor for several municipalities in central Texas. She also served as an Ethics Compliance Officer and represented government entities and their employees and officials in state and federal litigation.

Outside of the office, Megan enjoys spending time with her friends and family, alpine skiing, scuba diving, rock climbing, lifting weights, and traveling.
