Overview
Omoniyi Olayiwola is an associate whose practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, Transportation, and Employment matters. He brings a wealth of courtroom and representative experience from the public sector, offering clients a strategic and pragmatic approach to litigation.
Before joining the firm, Omoniyi served as an Assistant City Attorney for the cities of Dallas and Arlington and as an Assistant District Attorney for Dallas County where he tried a number of different matters for each.
Omoniyi graduated from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University, where he graduated with honors and was a senior editor on the Thurgood Marshall Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Kansas Wesleyan University, where he was student-athlete on the football team.
Outside of work, Omoniyi enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, and watching football.
