Overview

Rachael Favret's practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, and transportation.

Rachael grew up in Fairhope, Alabama. After graduating from the University of Alabama in 2019, she moved to Dallas to attend SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she was involved in the Women in Law organization and started the SMU Law Running Club. Prior to her career at Fletcher Farley, Rachael practiced family law in Fairhope, Alabama, which gives her a unique perspective on practice skills such as client relations and negotiation.

Outside of the office, Rachael enjoys spending time with her friends and family, running, painting, traveling, and watching football- especially the Alabama Crimson Tide.
