Taylor Avery is a dedicated attorney with a focus on insurance defense, premises liability, general tort liability, and commercial litigation.

She grew up in Nashville, Tennessee before making her way to Ohio where she attended Miami University of Oxford. Taylor returned to Nashville, achieved her master’s in business administration, and worked as a program manager of a healthcare innovation center. There she gained a unique perspective on practice skills such as client relations and conflict resolution.

Taylor earned her law degree from Loyola College of Law in New Orleans. During law school, she completed the law, technology, and entrepreneurship certificate and was sworn in as a Rule XX student practitioner. This specialized education provided her with a deep understanding of the intersection between law and business.

Known for her compassionate and empathetic approach, Taylor takes the time to see each case from her clients' perspective, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process. By combining thoughtful counsel with practical solutions, Taylor helps clients navigate complex disputes with clarity and confidence.

Outside of the office, she enjoys vintage shopping, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and running with her dog, Prince.
