Jeff was born and raised in the Dallas area. His parents were small business owners who instilled in him the importance of integrity and a strong work ethic. Jeff met his wife, Melissa, while attending Baylor University. She is a public school administrator in Mesquite, and they live in Lake Highlands with their three children. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys watching his wife and kids compete in athletic events or perform in plays, cheering on the Baylor Bears, attending car shows, and serving with his church, Northwest Bible Church.
